Platform Engineer

Que Technology Group, Inc., is seeking a motivated Platform Engineer to help build, test, and maintain the infrastructure and tools to allow for the speedy development and release of software.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
  • Work closely with development, and operations teams to automate processes, enhance system reliability, and improve deployment pipelines.
  • Ensure platform security, compliance, and adherence to best practices 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and platform-related issues 
  • Design, build, and maintain internal platforms that support application development and deployment 
  • Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability using observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) 
  • Automate operational processes to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency 
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve developer experience and deployment workflows 
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science + 10 years experience
  • 14 years experience with no degree
  • Detail-oriented, experienced with Ansible, and passionate about automation and continuous improvement. 
Security Clearance:
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
