Que Technology Group, Inc., is seeking a Systems Engineer for an Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) system.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaboration with internal and external customers to identify and document new requirements; facilitate, decompose, and allocate software tasking; and coordinate with software development and test teams to ensure proper implementation.
- The successful candidate will leverage expertise in requirements analysis, system architecture, design, development oversight, process improvement, and testing, development, review, and enhancement of customer-facing and internal technical documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Seven years’ experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level I or higher is required, if COR determines that the position's activities include CWIP activities.
- Five years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with and/or understanding of:
- Requirements analysis, decomposition, and tracking
- Roadmap and Sprint planning
- User Interface design and testing
- Databases/SQL
- REST Services
- Ticketing systems (JIRA, Redmine, or similar)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills – able to clearly communicate and review architecture and design concepts.
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
