Que Technology Group, Inc., is seeking a systems engineer for an Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) system. Position will lead a small team of developers to maintain and enhance a Data Dictionary utility and repository.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Collaboration with internal and external customers to identify and document new requirements
Facilitate, decompose, and allocate software tasking
Coordinate with software development and test teams to ensure proper implementation.
Leverage expertise in requirements analysis, system architecture, design, development oversight, process improvement, and testing.
Development, review, and enhancement of customer-facing and internal technical documentation.
Required Qualifications:
At least seven (7) years of System Engineering experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree for a total of twelve (12) years.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with and/or understanding of:
Requirements analysis, decomposition, and tracking
Roadmap and Sprint planning
User Interface design and testing
Databases/SQL
REST Services
Ticketing systems (JIRA, Redmine, or similar)
Excellent oral and written communication skills – able to clearly communicate and review architecture and design concepts.
Security Clearance:
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
