Senior Back End Java Developer (SWE) - Dept 02 - 040

Que Technology Group, Inc., is seeking a software engineer to work with a team of developers to support enterprise web applications across multiple fabrics on the Multi-Factor Authentication Management System (MFAMS) team. 

MFAMS is a Cybersecurity Services web application designed to support Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) tools and services.  This role is part of team of developers who will implement new features, capabilities and address defects.

Experience in Java Development is required. The developer should be able to define, manage, and deliver capabilities within an existing team. The candidate will be expected to provide input throughout the software lifecycle to include testing. The developer should be able to work collaboratively within an existing team.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to computer engineering or computer science disciplines. Four (4) years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of nine (9) years.
  • At least five (5) years of Software Engineering experience
  • At least two (2) years of work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains
  • Java Development Experience
  • Ability to review and test software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results and correct code as needed
  • Experience Performing Development in the eVo environment to include familiarity and use of tools in the environment (GreyBox, Spring, Docker etc.)
  • Use of Gitlab, CI/CD, build pipelines
  • Understanding of Full Stack development

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiar with AWS
  • Perform software life-cycle activities to ensure the highest level of system performance and availability and compliance with business requirements
  • Administer, maintain, and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the application
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills- able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts
  • Ability to write technical documentation including wiki sites, blogs, XML/HTML
  • Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines
  • Experience with engaging with leadership, customers, and interfacing teams

Security Clearance:
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
