Que Technology Group, Inc., is seeking a
Senior Network Engineer to help design, build, and fine-tune the backbone of our mission-critical systems. If you’re passionate about performance, security, and seamless connectivity, this is your chance to make a real impact.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Architect and deploy secure, high-performance network solutions
- Keep our LANs running smoothly with hands-on administration and troubleshooting
- Monitor and optimize dataflow to reduce latency and boost throughput
- Capture and analyze network performance data to drive improvements
- Configure and integrate front-end and back-end systems for seamless communication
- Collaborate on mission-driven network designs and architecture
- Translate performance metrics into actionable system requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security Systems Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution, plus 10 years of professional experience in Network Engineering support and training.
- OR Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field, plus 12 years of relevant experience.
- OR No degree, but 16 years of relevant Network Engineering experience, including a recognized industry certification such as:
- Juniper Certification Tracks (e.g., Automation & DevOps, Cloud, Data Center, Design, Enterprise Routing & Switching, Junos Security, Service Provider Routing & Switching)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Arista Configuration Essentials
- Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level I certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in with IC/mission-critical environments
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale architecture and secure communications
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and a proactive mindset
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively under pressure
- Clear, concise documentation and communication skills
- A passion for making networks faster, smarter, and more secure
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph
