Senior Network Engineer - Dept 19 - 103

Que Technology Group, Inc., is ​seeking a Senior Network Engineer to help design, build, and fine-tune the backbone of our mission-critical systems. If you’re passionate about performance, security, and seamless connectivity, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Architect and deploy secure, high-performance network solutions
  • Keep our LANs running smoothly with hands-on administration and troubleshooting
  • Monitor and optimize dataflow to reduce latency and boost throughput
  • Capture and analyze network performance data to drive improvements
  • Configure and integrate front-end and back-end systems for seamless communication
  • Collaborate on mission-driven network designs and architecture
  • Translate performance metrics into actionable system requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security Systems Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution, plus 10 years of professional experience in Network Engineering support and training.
  • OR Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field, plus 12 years of relevant experience.
  • OR No degree, but 16 years of relevant Network Engineering experience, including a recognized industry certification such as:
    • Juniper Certification Tracks (e.g., Automation & DevOps, Cloud, Data Center, Design, Enterprise Routing & Switching, Junos Security, Service Provider Routing & Switching)
    • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
    • Arista Configuration Essentials
  • Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level I certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in with IC/mission-critical environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise-scale architecture and secure communications
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and a proactive mindset
  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively under pressure
  • Clear, concise documentation and communication skills
  • A passion for making networks faster, smarter, and more secure
Security Clearance:
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph
