Sr Software Engineer - Dept 20 - 300

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop solutions in support of operations
  • Develop prototypes, answering new questions, as well as providing better answers to existing questions
  • Work directly with the customer in a highly collaborative, integrated fast-paced environment using leading technologies
  • Act as the development teams' primary point of contact for individual cybersecurity missions as requested 
  • Provide mentorship to other developers and be open to learning to techniques and tools from other developers
  • Leverage skills to look for areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.
  • Secondary opportunity to support other teams
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Domain knowledge in SIGINT and SIGINT tools
  • Documentation in Gambit and Hub
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Cybersecurity
  • Python
  • Splunk
  • Front End development (AngularJS, React JS, etc)
  • Gitlab experience
  • Atlassian Jira
DESIRED SKILLS:
  • Interfacing with Restful services
  • Java Scripting
  • Bash Scripting
  • Jenkins
  • Rancher/Kubernetes
  • Docker
  • Airflow
  • Data Science/Machine Learning
EDUCATION:
  • Bachelors degree plus 8 years of relevant experience
  • or Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience
  • or Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience
  • or High School Diploma/GED plus 12 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position
  • Computer Science (CS) degree or related field
